ERROR CODE 1001 ERROR TYPE PARSER ERROR

When you try to start a Silverlight project, You can get the following error,
ERROR CODE: 1001
ERROR TYPE: PARSER ERROR

Solution:
First you must check your xaml file* or if not exist, you must manual create your xaml file,and out your resource directory..
then IIS reset ,
